We purchased a total of 5 of these faucets for our new home build, and we are (so far) blown away with the quality and style. Comparable faucets from other online retailers or from big box hardware stores are double/triple/or more, and didn’t have this gooseneck style quite like I wanted. The faucets were installed by our plumber, who didn’t raise any concerns regarding difficulty or quality. We have had these installed for approximately 4 months and have been living in this home full-time for 2 months. No issues with this set of three so far. We are wondering if the two that we ordered separately will leak as mentioned by some other reviewers, the mechanism inside doesn’t feel as tight. But as seen in the video above, these turn on and off smoothly with no dripping or leaking. Pros: -great price point -very modern style Cons: -360° pivot is not necessarily a desirable feature when you have small children (water everywhere)

A+ overall. I like this type of design where the lever is on the side rather than a “ball style socket joint” that sits in the centre. This one replaced my old Moen faucet when I could not replace the cartridge because the little allen screw holding down the handle stripped. The CREA brand kitchen faucet is a terrific, well built faucet. Very easy to install. The lever is very smooth and the action to it is terrific. I am very happy at the price and having this delivered to my door via prime shipping. One thing to note is the weight that comes with the faucet (the one that “attaches” to the water tubing attaching the faucet head). It is the type where it just threads through and hangs. The weight does not attach; rather it hangs and acts as a weight. Install took about 45 minutes, start to finish, including clean up. Works very well. Highly recommended.

There is no information to be found anywhere on what size the hot and cold flex hose fittings are. They have female fittings that seem impossible to match. I have tested multiple options (1/4" NPT, 1/4" BSP, 1/8" BSP, 3.4" NPT, 3/4" BSP and 10mm all either too big or small ... is this a 9mm fitting??! Never hear of it and seems impossible to source. So what is it? I've had plumbers in who could not match the fitting. I'm likely left with no option but to return this tap. Extremely frustrated, I hope CREA or the supplier will clarify so I don't have to do so.

Faucet looks great works good. The only bad thing is the rubber gasket that they provide is very cheap. And the hose that is use will cut the gasket making it weak and leaking will happen. Had to go to home depot to find the right gasket. Update. Seller contacted me and replace my faucet. Great seller.

I know that it sounds suss (my 13-year-old taught me that word; did I use it properly?), but this is the best kitchen faucet that I’ve ever had. This is not a paid promotion! Installation was a breeze and all of the components are high-quality. My favorite is the high-pressure fan mist sprayer; you only need a little bit of water to make it a powerful cleaning tool. It’s solid, ergonomic, practical, and beautiful. Its cost was literally 1/3 of a similar model that I was looking at at Home Depot. This was a great buy, and I’m thrilled with it. I’m also grateful for Amazon and the plethora of competitively-priced shopping options that it brings us. Yay!
