I don’t normally buy something after seeing adds especially adds on Facebook. I was very skeptical but since we all know our phones spy on us somehow Facebook knew that I was suffering from severe diarrhea for over a month and threw some Livespo Colin adds at me so I read some reviews and they were all pretty positive and at that point I had tried everything to get rid of my diarrhea and nothing was working after 3 visits to the ER and 4 visits to my doctor and multiple blood and stool tests I was starting to lose hope and thinking I would have to deal with diarrhea for the rest of my life so I bought some. After taking one a day for three days my stomach started going back to normal then I stopped taking it for a couple days and started having trouble again so I started taking it again now I’m taking it every couple days and feeling great. This is my second order and I’ll continue to order it. The expiration date is pretty far out and since I am in the Navy and I will be going on deployment soon I know this Livespo Colin will really save my life while I’m on the ship eating that terrible navy food. This stuff really works. I’m definitely going to order more.

This has been the best probiotic I have ever taken. I have been fighting stomach issues for years ever since I've spent a few years on and off antibiotics for dental work. Dental insurance give you so little money to work with that I had to keep waiting for next year to get some dental work done even though I've spent thousands out of pocket myself. But in doing so I was getting infections in my teeth every few months. At one point I ended up taking antibiotics for 3 weeks. I was in and out of the emergency room and they were just prescribing me more antibiotics without running any real test. Literally spent 2 months on antibiotics between emergency room visits and my dentist. They thought they can solve my stomach issues with antibiotics, meanwhile my dentist was trying to solve my teeth pain, my ear ache because of my teeth, and my jaw bone infected because of my teeth. And as soon as I was done with the antibiotics my stomach got much worst after. My gut flora was non existent from the antibiotics killing all my good bacteria and the bad stuff was taking over my gut and colon. I've tried over 15 brands on Amazon. All best sellers or excellent reviews by the thousands of people but no probiotic helped me feel the way I do since taking livespo. This is personal but I know they are working because the color and density of my stools are normal. No more yellow stools or loose stools. Yellow means infections. The color of your stools is very important. I have not been able to digest food properly for almost 2 years. I've had bad GERD and cramps. This probiotic has helped incredibly.If you drink a lot of alcohol then you need this to keep your gut microbes balanced from the alcohol killing it.If you eat non organic food then you need this to combat the chemicals and GMOs killing your flora and putting holes in your system causing a leaky gut.If you have spleen issues or ITP then get this brand. Half of spleen issues is caused by an infection that can't be explained. And you need great nutrition to heal other organs or support them. The spleen is part of digestion.If you have a big gut and a lot of gas then get this probiotic. Your big gut might be inflammation, bad pathogens and gas.If you're anemic you need these probiotics because they help make vitamins and increase nutrient absorption as the bacteria break down food and create vitamins for us.If you are on antibiotics then don't make my mistake. It didn't help I was working a stressful job, eating fast food everyday, drinking red bulls everyday, and drinking wine everyday after work just to keep up with society between dental work, antibiotics, & a crazy work schedule. I did not drink while on antibiotics but poor nutrition before and after antibiotics is a domino effect on your health. Not once has a doctor told me you have been on a lot antibiotics recently and you should supplement with probiotics. This is a travesty in the medical system.If you used to be able to handle gluten and hard to digest vegetables or corn but no longer can eat them then get Livespo probiotics.If you're lactose sensitive these will help.If you have a hard time swallowing pills then get these probiotics because they are liquid and taste plain.Anytime i would cheat on my diet or I knew I was going to go to a party that has unhealthy food and alcohol. I would take one vial of livespo in the morning and one an hour after the party and it has helped me bounce back sooner. Anyone with crohns disease knows what I'm talking about.I can not eat a lot of sugary products or processed foods anymore without feeling like death. Livespo has helped with 80% of these symptoms.If you smoke weed or cigarettes and have stomach issues or GERD/ heartburn. Trust me... smoke is your worst enemy. Ask any doctor. This product will help with all of everything I have mentioned. Because it helps with digestion and nutrient absorption because good bacteria helps digest food more than your stomach acid does. Undigested food causes bloating, heartburn, cancer and bad pathogens to flourish because instead of the food decomposing it rots inside of you.To help fight bad pathogens, rebuild good flora and immunity. I am so happy to have found this product. Having suffered from IBS for over 20 years and with worsening symptoms, often leaving me debilitated and housebound, increasing food intolerances and no social life and having spent a fortune over the years buying various products, seeing naturopaths, specialist doctors etc I had virtually given up hope. I'd seen the ads for Lifespo Colon and thought it was just another gimmick but then one day I bit the bullet and placed and order and I am so happy I did. I started taking two vials a day and saw small improvements within a couple of weeks, then things really started to change. My severe bloating has reduced, my cramps, diarrhoea and food intolerances have improved considerably. I feel like a normal person and am not afraid to eat out or socialise and my energy and mood have improved. I can't recommend Livespo Colon highly enough. I've had a severe Ulcerative Colitis flare since OCT 2019 including a hospitalization as I lost 40 pounds and all my energy to do anything. Doctors have moved me to Remicaid and then to Entyvio neither of which had much effect as I've continued to have bathroom visits every 2 hours night and day. Then I tried Livespo Colon. While it isn't a cure-all and hasn't ended my internal bleeding entirely, I've seen a noticeable improvement with fewer bathroom visits, less bloating and just feeling better. It is nice to get a little longer sleep at night and to feel almost normal again. On the recommendation from another reviewer with a similar medical issue, I've been taking 2 vials a day 12 hours apart for about six weeks now. The changes were seen within a few days. I'm so happy that I found Livespo Colon and gave it a try as I feel so much better now. With that said, I'll say again that this didn't "cure" me and I've moving to yet another medicine from my Dr to try and get me back to health (Stelara) but it sure has seemed to help!

I can't say enough about how much I love this product!I have seen an immediate improvement with my digestive issues since taking LiveSpo Colon.I started with one vial per day and after 3 days increased to 2 vials per day. I have been on it for 7 days. It tastes like water so no problem taking it. I am having formed stools without urgency and much less gas and bloating. I haven't changed my eating habits at all.My energy and mood are much better. Finally a product that gives results and restores hope and health.I have suffered from IBS-D and Colitis for 28 years (since age 23) having constant gas, bloating, cramps and urgent bowel movements after eating.
