Does it fit Pokemon, Magic The Gathering and Yu Gi Oh cards?

Yes. The inner dimensions ARE suitable for standard (2.5" x 3.5") cards, up to 7.75mm x 10.75mm. These are not suitable for 180 cards (like the larger Poké-Decks, etc.) For those, I recommend: Ultra Pro 3" X 4" Super Thick 180PT Toploader 10ct https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002SUP86G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_GWOFCbHHDNKNB

Will these work for vintage cards size (1953 topps)

A card of that size fits in the holder but barely. I recommend the Card Saver I holders. They’re larger and used by PSA for submissions.

Sorry. The answer is, no. These (and similar Ultra•Pro sleeves) are made of high impact rigid PVC.

Are ultra pro sleeves good for long term storage? what about acid & pvc?

Not really, they get extremely scratched and unfortunately they’ve increased in price due to demand. Unless you’re looking to invest in these for grading cards I wouldn’t bother.
