This product stopped working after I used it once. It refused to synch or recharge. I attempted to contact Lavod customer service but the email on their website doesn't work, and their website provides no guidance. A little fishing on the internet turned up that this is a problem that has been suffered by others, but I could not find any solution. I would give it zero stars if I could. Don't waste your $$$.

The instruction manual was hilarious. That was about the only good thing I can say here. The ear buds do not stay in the ear no matter what you do. When they stayed in up to their maximum 20 seconds or so, the sound cut out of one ear and then they switched. There could not possibly be a worse product sold by Amazon. If this product was 95% off of it's current price, it would still be too much.

I was very excited to start to use this product. I could not get it to charge. I could not get it to download music. The user manaul and the website is a joke, just like the product. I am very disappointed.
