Good product that seems to work well
These are not cheap so I donโt use them all the time but often. I have them on subscription. Taste and smell good. The main thing is my hairdresser tells me my hair is great with them. I recently had to use another hair stylist because mine was ill and she raved as well so it must be doing something. I have digestive and absorption issues so that is why I started taking them and I feel it addressed my issue
