This is high quality turmeric with Black pepper that is readily absorbed. Turmeric is known to fight inflammation and when combined with black pepper is superior to Turmeric alone.

I started buying this because my husbands dr told him to take this for his ulcerative colitis. It’s supposed to help with inflammation so I also take it for shoulder aches and headaches. It seems to help if taken regularly. My only complaint is that the capsules are always coated with the power like one of them broke open (though I never find a broken one in the bottle so this must be happening at the factory) and so your hands get all covered with orange powder.

Great stuff, no doubt but your hand/fingers WILL be orange. This is a PIA and I would think enhancing the manufacturing process so that the color transfer doesn't happen would be a wise idea. Wash or wet wipes after handling is a must.

It was recommended to me by my neurologist to take Tumeric for my joint pain. I take 1 in the am and pm. I have taken this product for over 15 years. About 3 years ago my husband had a metal beam fall across his knee. He started using this about a year ago and if he says it helps..it does. I find the product helps.

My husband is such a big baby when he is not feeling well, so for about a month every day all day I had to listen to him complaint’s, the truth is I got so sick and tired of hearing the same thing finally I traje has SCIATICA I remember about 5 years I had SCIATICA and I remember what I took to ease a pain worse than giving birth and this is what I purchased this tumeric immediately on the first day it began to work by the second day sciatica pain was gone my husband was so so happy to be pain free the tumeric is a great med for pain in the bones it’s the best antiinflamatory ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

‼️ My greatest caution would be for you to test your liver enzymes three months and one year after starting turmeric. Verify how it affects you - I took only one pill/day and yet it was determined to be a primary factor in my liver enzymes becoming over 10x what they should be. If you want to learn more - look up “Liver Injury Associated with Turmeric-A Growing Problem: Ten Cases from the Drug-Induced Liver Injury Network [DILIN]”. Please be aware that too much turmeric, especially when paired with black pepper, can cause liver injury, liver failure, and even death. ‼️ As for my review of this particular product - This supplement worked great and reduced my pain. However, the manufacturer should add the little cotton ball to protect the product for shipment (especially knowing these particular bottles will definitely be shipped and handled poorly) because the bottles arrive filled on the inside with loose turmeric powder, which indicates that the amount in the capsules has been released and is inconsistent. But more annoyingly, anything the pills (or your hands after touching them) touch will be permanently dyed orange. Fortunately for your hands, it’s not permanent of course. For the duration of the bottle, I took a tissue and wiped each capsule while setting up my weekly medication - and chose a time I wouldn’t be bothered if I accidentally touched one and dyed my hands orange. It’s a hassle, and I switched to another brand for solely that reason.
