These are hands down better than the tablets! I took those for months before now switching to the gummy's and boy i'm sure glad I did. The flavor is good nothing bad that I can point out other than the lack of sweetness which is a good thing. But I am sure these work better for me and digest better than the tablets, When I was taking the tablets often they would cause stomach and digestive pain. I also ruled out if this could of been cause by something else. These so far have not presented any downsides, Even the price in my opinion is better per quantity ratio.
