NIce balance of flavors
This is an excellent seasoning. Has some heat but not too much. I marinated my chicken with this, oil, and vinegar. It was excellent! There is a nice balance of flavors, not too much cumin.

Not quite like Hello Fresh but still good!
I used the last of the HelloFresh seasoning I had in a chili and wanted to see if I could find more. This is the closest thing. I will say that to me, this seasoning is a bit more sweet, where I feel the hello fresh version is a bit more savory. Good alternative though and I have used it on a few other meals.

Heavy cinnamon taste
I unfortunately assumed that most southwest seasonings were made the same—some combination of chile, paprika, coriander, cumin, garlic, oregano, etc. However this mixture has a very strange recipe that tastes quite gross when used—while there is cumin, there is a heavy emphasis on ginger and cinnamon which yields a weird taste. I will not be purchasing this again and I am frustrated by how different this is from any other southwest seasoning I have tried.
