Replacement for BT Phone after switching to Sky Broadband
We needed a "voice over IP" phone replacement for our BT phone after switching to Sky as the BT phone wasn't compatible with Sky. This was easy to set up and worked first time, the base unit connects to the WiFi router and the cordless phone can basically go anywhere within range.

Great modern cordless phone with clear reception
This phone replaced my BT one which had given up the ghost. I’ve got to say the gigaset’s reception is superior to my last phone and is slim and modern looking. It doesn’t have an answer machine function. However if there has been a call a message button flashes to indicate a missed call. I also like the fact it has a small remote base unit which allows the phone to be located away from the router/telephone point. I would certainly recommend this phone.

Good Design
Nice to find a Phone with a Separate Base Station is really useful because we don't have a telephone socket in a convenient place for a combined bace and charging station, The only thing I didn't like was the ring selection isn't very good

The sound
Because I'm very deaf and I can hear a phone ringing, my problem is in coming calls I'm still working on this

Big numbers on the screen
Big numbers in the screen. Important as it is for an 89 year old lady. She finds it a doddle to use and the ring tone is gentle and soothing.

Easy enough
Easy to set up and use. I usually wear glasses for reading but am able to view screen without them. Can't comment on other features as not used them yet.

Fibre broadband phone
**edit*** So after 9 months the phones stopped working , just completly died ,nothing so im taking stars off Recently upgraded to fibre ,which has placed my router upstairs and disconnected my phone socket downstairs , sky were useless so bought this , base unit plugs into router upstairs , phone sits on a second small base unit downstairs in living room , problem solved , phone itself is a bit quiet and ringtones are awful but its a solution to a problem for now , as all uk phone sockets will be disconnected in 2025 and every phone will need connected to a router
