I used this medicine few months when it had a thick consistency and worked well. However, over the last two months, the formula has become much thinner and is no longer as effective. My son is getting the flu more often again, so I’m now looking for an alternative. Very disappointed with this change.

It tastes pretty good. I suppose it does what it says. It has all the right ingredients. I keep it on hand. The packing is different. My first bottle was store bought and came in a glass container. The one I got here on Amazon came in a plastic bottle. Not a big deal, but the formula also seemed different. The syrup was a bit thinner as in more watery. Maybe people complained that that it was once too thick and they changed it. The measuring container it comes with is pretty big, so it doesn't stay on top of the cap. But it's a nice product they have and I like it overall.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! My husband and all three sons have all gotten sick multiple times this winter. I have been taking this product since the beginning of December and haven’t been sick once. I even take less than the instructed amount each day. The flavor isn’t horrible, but not something you’re going to want to drink all the time. Tastes better than most cough syrups. The beginning flavor definitely tastes like berries, but the end flavor is more like an all spice and mint mixture. It does have little bits and pieces of the ingredients, but you hardly notice them.

It definitely boosts the immune system in the wintertime, especially if you have a weaker one, but it does taste nasty. Results, definitely works.
