I really love these!
I really love using these irrigators. My only complaint is I wish they would last longer. The plunger falls off after a few uses and I just cannot get them to work after that happens. No matter how I try to put it back on, the damned thing will not stay on. Other than that, they work great!

The Jet is Too Weak, and Can Hold Too Little Water
I have been using Panasonic waterjet to clean my teeth and it is very effective. However, the Panasonic is somewhat bulky and so it is a little inconvenient for travel. I had hoped that these manual irrigators would work in my travel. It turned out the water pressure is way too low for my use. Moreover, the tube is too small and can hold very little water. I would not recommend this.

Worked Great
I used this product to clean the area around an impacted wisdom tooth. I needed to irrigate under the gum flap and this syringe worked great. It really did the job. Just what I was looking for.

I like this better than the electric versions
I like this better than the electric versions. Four syringes is enough for an adult mouth and two are enough for my 10 and 7 years olds.
