American Tourister Jamaica Soft Luggage Travel Trolley Bag

I order second one because of good and strong build quality. I really recommend if some one like soft trolley bag then you should go for this.

This is definitely a sturdy suitcase, I've had a hard shell American Tourister and decided to get a soft one because it is lighter. My only issue is that when you try to fill it up (max 32kg) it become very imbalanced and can easily fall face down. Unlike the hard shell where the weight is equally distributed on the wheels. If you are not going to fill up the bag, then it is really good for its value.

Awesome

Super quality

Good quality

Not sure why this is given many negative reviews. It’s soft so it stretches when I add things inside, it weighs very little, and it’s very spacious. I succeeded to fit many essentials. It even comes with a warranty.

I use this for Saudi Arabia trip and i roughly use his bag on streets roads ups and downs stairs I am not expected to such as quality but it’s working perfectly fine.

Although the dimension is 80 which should be the maximum but what I received is medium size. Regarding quality it is good.

Very nice

Gud one

Superb!

I initially ordered the bag which was shipped from Cloudtail Bangalore. The product quality was amazing, the zips and wheels were extremely smooth. Would have hoped for a TSA Lock which is missing in this product. I made a second order, this time it was shipped from Cloudtail Mumbai. The product was clearly a DUPLICATE, terrible zip quality, noisy wheels, a fake replica of the logo stuck on the bag, even the warranty card is printed with bad ink! The resemblance is however uncanny. If I had not received the first bag, I would never realize that this is fake. Amazon customer care initiated a replacement. Received good quality product this time. (Ratings updated) How to identify fake bag: * The original bag has the brand logo embossed in the fabric, the duplicate one had logo stuck on top of the fabric * The zip quality are absolute heavenly smooth in the original and terrible and gets stuck a lot in the duplicate * The wheels are very smooth (nearly 0 noise) on the good one while the duplicate one makes noise * To make things worse, the print quality of the warranty card is poorer than the original (you can only differentiate if you get a good and a bad product :-P)
