Useful for toddler group

Baught for my daughter do exsacly what they say, the balls to break up if played with when at room temperature but still freez well and serve there purpose, great side for small area such as bumps or small areas of swelling, great designes easy to get coveres on and off. Great addition to my child first aid kit.

I bought these last week and initally thought they were great. The kids loved them and asked for them immediately.Been in the freezer for a week and one slipped out, I caught it in my hand and the edge just cracked straight off and split open the pouch so we are 1 week in 1 down and only used when slightly chilled so not even tested properly. I would image the way a child handles things that these could easily split and crack whilst in use…

Grandson loves them.

On opening the package, 1 of the cold packs arrived broken at the seam and leaking out gel - defective, unusable, and clearly not safe for kids! (as advertised in the product description)The Navaris brand boasts "quality products" and "Everything in the Navaris range is specifically tried, tested and developed to meet our rigorous standards" (Amazon UK Navaris store). Clearly product design or quality control has failed here - from reading other reviews, these cold packs bursting at the seams with light or no use and leaking gel is a common fault.On contacting the manufacturer ([email protected]) and requesting a replacement for the broken cold-pack, they claimed they could do nothing and advised returning the pack of 5 via Amazon Returns. My previous experience with returning broken items through Amazon Returns is very poor. And - from reading the other reviews, it seems likely a replacement pack would contain more burst defective cold packs.I would definitely NOT recommend these cold packs, they do not seem robust enough to be safe to use with children (as designed!). We've used gel ice-packs before from Bio-store, which have lasted years without any issues. They may not be as cute, but much safer for kids.

Ordered for when grandchildren come round and thought if they need one the cute little face would help bring a smile to their face. Haven't had to use them yet but I can't see any problem with them. They are currently in the freezer, minus the coverings.

I love the fact that 15 seconds in the microwave is enough for these. But even that short time does cause hot spots, so I’m very cautious giving it to my little.The other problem is the little fabric pouch is secure enough and hence the heat pack falls out with ease. I feel these could be improved with either a Velcro closure on a fabric pocket or some elastic around the opening of the pocket.There are functional but with care and I wouldn’t buy again unless the design changed

These are brilliant for bumps and tumbles. Great selection and distracts the little ones from their accident - recommended!
