Yes, it is. There is a spray device inside the box. This is a really great item, FWIW. I have several 4711 Acqua Colonia items, all are outstanding, especially for summer.

what is the name of the company that makes this product? It's listed as "Unknown". That makes me think it's a fake trying to imitate the original 4711

I only wear the original scent of 4711, however, my suggestion for you to truly check the validity of other scents by 4711, I would go to a reputable store, like Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy’s or other on the same rank. There is also Perfumes.com, but the older established stores are the best try.

Does it smell like lemon? Lemon is my favorite scent.

Yes, it definitely smells like lemon. Fresh and clean! I reviewed this scent in 2020 and it’s been my everyday fragrance. It’s the closest I can find to Pacifica Malibu Lemon which was discontinued. I keep small bottles filled for car, travel, etc. I use the PimyRcyi 1.7oz glass refillable spray bottles on Amazon. They work great.
