These are not see through sheets. They are excellent for protecting your iron from sticky glues, etc.

Yes, they are reusable. I use them for baking multiple times and nothing seems to be wrong with them. As for shirt making, they are reusable as well. According to our suppliers, they're rated for over 1000 uses.

if I cut the Teflon sheets to fit a different size, will they still work?

Yes. You can cut to any size you wish and the integrity of the sheet will still be in tact.

Are these sheets super smooth with a tight weave, or do they have a rougher texture? Thanks!

The have a slight texture and are not smooth. They work wonderful to keep sticky applique from my ironing board and are easy to clean. I have not tried them in the oven yet.
