Buena si buscas mejor agarre entrenando
Cumple justo con lo que se espera de una buena tiza: mejorar el agarre y ayudar cuando sudan las manos. Es útil sobre todo en dominadas, barras, peso muerto o escalada. La recomendaría a quien entrene en serio este tipo de ejercicios, porque ahí sí se nota de verdad; para uso ocasional quizá no sea tan necesaria.

Best chalk I’ve ever used, works really well for my skin so even though I have dry skin, it coats my hands we. Too bad it’s a little pricey but would buy again
