Did not work - fake supplement!!
Do not buy supplements on here, go to a pharmacy! I saw huge difference when I bought the exact same product from a pharmacy compared to this purchase where I saw no improvement in my vit D levels! too risky to buy here neve again!

Good quality vitamin D supplement. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. Tablets are small and easy to swallow. Haven’t had any side effects so far, overall a reliable everyday supplement.

1,000 IU Vitamin D3
1,000 IU Vitamin D3. Please read up on how much D3 is right for you. My intake should be between 600-800 IU per day. So I take one every other day. I need the D3 in the winter months so I bought the 10,000 IU and took 1 a day. Hmm, that explains a lot .. Also these a small enough, easy to swallow but bright yellow. Its ok, you will get used to them :)
