My hair is a reddish brown I was told the mixture to dark brown/black will make it a weird blue green color, is this true?

Mine is reddish brown, and I've never had it look green. The mixture will look green and blue, but the hair will not

Once applied, how long does it take to color hair? I don't wish to leave on over night as I have read in the comments.

I mix mine wait a bit until the lumps go away then leave on for four hours. Leaving it on my hair overnight irritated my scalp.

Will i get bright orange like in the picture? i tried hannah naturals hennah and it dried the crap out of my hair. will this one?

Henna doesn't dry out your hair. It depends on how you prepare it and the ingredients you ADD to the mix. Lemon is very drying, so don't use it. Chamomile tea or cranberry juice (diluted 50/50 w/h2o) are plenty acidic for dye release and they don't dry your hair. Henna takes awhile to remove from your hair. 3 minutes of rinsing is simply not enough. 10-25 minutes is necessary depending on how thick/long your hair is. After you MUST shampoo and condition to remove residue or your hair will FEEL dry. This will NOT effect the color. Note: it will not actually be dry, it will just feel that way because there is still henna powder in your hair. A lot of people know absolutely nothing about henna and try it once, screw it up and then blame the product. You MUST do your research or be prepared for unreliable results. I suggest longhaircommunity.com and hennaforhair.com as places to start for quality, reliable information.

Is the one step where I mix both packages together? Or is one step where I first do the 50g pure henna and then do the100g henna plus indigo? Help!

Hi,One step process is to mix some % of pure henna with dark brown and apply it in one Go. 2 step process is to use pure henna first, rinse it out & then do another application with dark brown henna which is a recommended process for maximum coverage.Thank you.
