I have been taking this with my mother for a month now. Since I'm very healthy, I don't have any particularly obvious results, but no side effects either. My mom is frail, and I hope she gets more energy after taking it for three months. Now I have all my family and close friends to take it. Why? I have a close friend's family member who is now 105 years old who has been taking this for 4-5 years and has recovered from a very weak heart.
