These are the best multi vitamins for toddlers hands down. We have been using them for months, and there are several reasons I would recommend them: -They taste great. My toddler loves them. He looks forward to them every day and, if we forget, he will remind us that we need to give them to him. -They have methylfolate as opposed to folic acid which is a synthetic form that is difficult to absorb efficiently. They also have methylated B-12 which is a better form of this important vitamin. -They have Omega 3's from fish oil (small fish only to avoid mercury, heavy metals, etc.). -They do not have iron. Not that iron is unimportant, but it is a common source of poisoning of children. You can always seek out natural food sources of iron or find it in fortified cereals, etc. -They have many organic ingredients. Nothing suspicious that I can see on the label. The only con is that they do not come in a larger bottle since we use these every month. Overall, this is a great product though. I would recommend them highly to any parent who wants to keep their kid healthy and nourished.
