Swagtron has a great product here! Between the battery life and sturdiness, you can't beat it. It is built for all ages. The offroad tires are a great benefit. The speakers are loud and the lights are the talk of the town. Swagtron has an app that you can adjust the speed, sensitivity, and even set it up for beginners. The app also tracks battery life! The wifi speakers work very well. The biggest highlight is the LIfePo batteries. They have twice the amp hours as its competitors, which means longer ride time. My 7 and 11 year old use it with ease. I'm 240lbs and can ride it as well.

It stopped working a few months after purchase and I’m still trying to get an exchange or a refund !! DO NOT BUY THIS !!! App did not work on my kids galaxy tab A's, but once we were able to download the app we were very pleased with the results. I did a lot of shopping around and research before deciding on buying this particular hoverboard. I wanted something sturdy for my two teenagers and as soon as I took it out of the box could feel how stride it was. I will say it pretty heavy because of this (which is something i should have read in the description before buying) so I would recommend making sure the battery has a good charge before traveling too far from home. Although the battery has lasted a good amount of time for them so far, so it shouldn't be an issue. I just could see younger teens or kids struggling due to the weight, if it were to die and they had to try and carry it home. Overall, once we figured out calibrating and overall operation from downloading the manual it was fairly simple for them to learn and I am happy with my purchases.

My son only rode the hoverboard a few times last Fall before the Midwestern winter came. When getting it out in the spring, it wouldn't charge more than 25%. Because it was past the 90 days, I had to pay $25 doing to have it worked on. Just got it back and it won't charge at all now. All they did was replace the charger and apparently didn't test it before sending it back again. I called them to tell them the issue and was met with poor attitude again for the 2nd time. They are sending a prepaid label this time and I'm glad I kept the box so I didn't have to buy another box again.Overall a very poor experience with their customer support department. I hope this fixes it this time. When it works he has a blast riding it but that has been very short and few and far between since he's purchased it.

My kids love this hover board. The self balancing is a helpful feature and the all terrain wheels are great. My 10 and 12 year old are living it. We’re going to buy the seat too

I bought this for my brother for Christmas and the battery doesn't even last 20 minutes fully charged. He absolutely loves it though. Just wish the battery would last longer.

As a parent I did a ton of research. Safety options were important. Reviews were important. You can download the app that allows parents to adjust settings like speed and sensitivity! The Bluetooth music makes it more fun while they cruise around. Blue lights are super cool at night. We feel like we found the one!
