Solid running shoe
I run 2-3 times per week, 7-12K. Mostly on road or trails. Rarely on very rough terrainThe GTS21 follows 6 years of Brooks shoes.Typically they last me about a year.I know Brooks shoes, always buy the same size (9.5UK) and can run in them straight out of the box. When buying other shoes I am usually about a 9 or 9.5 so these seem true to size.Never had any problems with them, always feel supported when in them.

Great trainers
Extremely well made trainer with loads of stability. I’m 16 stone and have suffered with shin splints before so have tried many different trainers from Kayanos to hokas, not had a problem since using them. Brooks Adrenaline 21 have been head and shoulders above them all in my opinion. If I had one pick up, they can feel a little less grippy on damp or wet tarmac especially down hill. I’ve never had a fall because of this, just feel I have to concentrate slightly more than I have in other shoes. Build quality is excellent, no defects after over a year of running 20km per week. Only getting a new pair because I feel the cushioning has reduced recently but I’ve definitely had my moneys worth out of them.

Running faster
Love the shoes, Brooks are a firm favourite for me and these do not disappoint. Very comfortable and stable from day 1. My only issue is there appears to be slight rub underneath the ankle. does not cause any discomfort except for dry skin which I have not had from Brooks shies before.,

As Good as Ever
I have always gone into a specialist running shop for my running shoes in the past and despite trying on different makes over the years I have always purchased the Brooks Running shoes. This is the first time that I have purchased shoes online and I have to say I'm not disappointed with the experience or the usual quality of the Brooks running shoes, which fit nicely and are as comfortable as ever.

Quality you can rely on
I have run a n Brooks Ghosts for the last 10 years now and so decided to try a different brand as my knees are getting old and wanted more spring. I tried a couple of others but nothing matching the quality and fit of Brooks. After research I found Adrenaline was the best to support knee pain and they were not wrong. Not the best looking but definitely the best comfort and fit.

Great stability
I'd previously bought mid-range running trainers. Or e.g. Decathlon own brand (Kiprun). This is my third set of Brooks Adrenaline trainers (had the GTS 20s previously). They are a huge upgrade over what I've worn before and have allowed me to run greater distances without getting shin splints. For that alone they are worth the money. A bit heavy if you are going for speed work, but that's because they are so solidly put together.

The best running trainers, end of!
If you know your running trainers (or even if you don’t) then you know that the Brooks Adrenaline GTS range is pretty much top of the tree.Fantastic support, comfort and they inspire you to push that bit more.Multiple friends have these running trainers, and they do anything from 5km to marathons - so that to me speaks volumes.
