Beware of taking on empty stomach
Love it but only one complaint.. it says you can take without food so I took it in the morning before eating. Half an hour later I’m throwing it all back out. Looked into it and apparently you’re not supposed to take Zinc especially In high doses on an empty stomach. They should change that label.

Great supplement
I’ve been taking various vitamin D/K2 supplements and then I tried this one. I feel better than I have in a very long time, and I can only assume it’s this supplement. Maybe the fact that it includes zinc makes the difference, I don’t know. Although I don’t love the taste of them, I’m willing to put up with that because the supplement seems to be a good one. I take a separate magnesium supplement along with it. I lost interest in running 4 yrs ago, but my motivation has returned along with my energy level. Therefore, I’m buying another bottle of it.

It Worked
Only vitiamin D product that actually helped my raise my vitamin D. Most others I took had no effect, and I believe it comes down to simple ingredients paired well together (vit K for absorption, etc.) Had some major issues with exceedingly low vit D levels that it is helping to restore. ⁹Bottom line: it worked. Just need to remember to take it more regularly...but as a product i would recommend it.

had it for 2 months before, felt the effects. happy with it, not 100% about placebo or not though. not major changes
