How big is this ball ? because i tried the hyperice sphere and it was too large

Ah! Great question! This is much smaller, probably half the size, I will go measure it for you. It's designed to get into the hard to reach spots. A larger ball would indeed be a bit difficult to maneuver, I guess it depends on the size of the body. However this has proven to be perfectly sized to achieve it's needs.
