Love this soup and it is easy to make
These are so delicious and easy to make. I often add sliced portobello mushrooms, tiny, slim carrot slices, green onions, or whatever veggies you like. I also used some Costco Bone Broth, which is lower in sodium, and I add additional liquid which allows me to make more soup. My husband is low sodium, and this helps and is better than just adding more water. You could probably add some already cooked chicken pieces if you want it to be more filling. They flavor of this soup is wonderful.

Best Packaged Soup!
Nice spice level and no MSG to disrupt the digestive system! I just added a little mirin and soy sauce, then boiled with some added potstickers for a delicious lunch!

Nice Hot and Sour Soup, quick and easy.
For a mix this soup is really good, and a great value! I add tofu and soy sauce, plus I thicken it with some cornstarch. Very tasty. While my favorite is still the restaurant version, this is good stuff, and I don’t have to leave the house!

soup base that is perfect for me
I think this is a great hot and sour soup BASE. I chop up lots of vegetables and put in protein sources (tofu/egg) and add cider vinegar for the sour part. This is not terribly spicy, but it is flavorful and that's all I want. People say my hot and sour soup is more like hot and sour stew and they are not wrong. It's a pretty chunky "soup" with all the vegetables I put in it and it's a very healthy quick complete meal.
