This is Key to Gut Health
This stuff really helped with going to the bathroom and my stomach really felt better after a couple days with this. I'm also currently taking 'Stamets MyCommunity' Medicinal Mushrooms but these also have major nutrients that I hope will increase my immune system more.

sprouted & fermented probiotic
In Japan natural food stores carry shelves full of sprouted, fermented, shelf stable probiotics. Physicians, healers , and nutritionists have long recommended these products. I'm really glad that this Get Real product is now widely available in the US. I suggest to friends that they check out the Get Real web site and actually read why these products are so beneficial.

Haven't tried it but I am giving it five stars just for the price. At Vitamin Shoppe it is $31.99. I am waiting to try it until I see more reviews. Looks like it might be a good product.

Might have helped clear my gut issues
I can't say for sure that this changed my life, but I can tell you:I suffered from intestinal issues for years. I've went on antibiotics several times lately and ended up getting a nasty side effect called C. diff. After going on a 2nd bout of an antibiotic to get rid of the C. diff I decided to try this to add the good bacteria back in to my gut. At the end of the regimen I was completely without intestinal issues. Did it reseed the bacteria I needed and make it all better? Could be. If I did not have the antibiotic as well, I would say yes for sure, but I can not rule out the possibility that the antibiotic did the trick - or the combo.I can now eat wheat, corn, and other starches/grains I could not eat before.If I have any further intestinal issue crop up, I will not hesitate to try this item first and alone. If so, I will update at that time.
