Can this product be used in conjunction with Envii Septic Klear, or is that overkill?

Yes, Septic Klear has broad activity on a range of 'organic materials', FOG Klear has very specific focus on Fats Oils and Grease. They work in harmony

Can this be used in a sick with a garbage disposal?

Yes, this will work in sinks with garbage disposals.

Can this be used to clean the pipework? Im living in the apartment and kitchen sink gives me a headache from time to time

Yes, fill the sink with warm water, dissolve 1 or 2 tablets, leave for 30 mins, stir water and the slowly let water out of sink to allow bacteria contact time

How many tablets in a pack please?

Never actually counted them, but it says '12 months supply' in the Amazon site product description (presumably based on one sink or other outlet) and the pack says use monthly, so I'd say 12.
