Cold Remedy Oral Mist Arctic Mint Flavor, 1 OZ (Pack of 2)

I have used zinc for the past 6 years to fend off colds. I take a shot every night before bed whenever I've been exposed to anything that gives me the slightest sore throat, and almost every night in the winter regardless of how my throat feels. Yes, it tastes terrible. The mint flavor helps. But, I'd rather have a dry throat feeling for an hour (or less if I fall asleep quickly), than live through having a cold for a week or two. I average 1 cold about every 2 years (I'm over 50 and have been taking notes). (I live in NC, but we have viruses just like everywhere). The hardest thing to learn is to take a squirt IMMEDIATELY when I feel a tickle or scratch in my throat. During the day, I suck on a Cold-eze lozenge (or equivalent). Tastes almost as bad, but really works if I catch it early. Even when I have a cold, I take the zinc, and most times it is gone in 3 days.

Every time wife or kids gets so much as a sniffle I'm drinking this stuff down! I despise getting sick (yes when I get sick I always develop the man flu). Also being a frequent flyer for work doesn't help me either in that department of not getting sick. My wife and kids refuse to take this stuff. However, it seems odd to me that I get sick maybe once a year while they are sick at least once a month. According to my wife its because I have a better immune system then they do and nothing to do with this product. Although, I will gladly accept her conclusion that I am superior in almost every way; I know deep down in my heart its because I take Zicam every time someone around me starts getting symptoms of anything. Seriously though, try this product, it works wonders for me.

It’s homeopathic! I take it upon the first cold symptoms and can typically get rid of the cold before it blooms into full-on sickness 😉 I spray it (about 4-5 pumps), hold it in the back of my throat for 12 seconds, as long as I can stand it sometimes. Then I open my throat and try not to swallow but let it drip down, coating my throat. I take it at night as described above and typically wake up much better, or symptom free 😊
