Mindful & Modern Zabuton Meditation Mat - Cotton Filled Yoga and Meditation Pad - Zabuton Meditation Cushion for Kneeling and Sitting Support - Large Rectangular Sitting Floor Pillow for Bench or Zafu

I am so thrilled to have this mat--I purchased the matching cushion--aesthetically it is really pleasing to the eye---almost starts your meditation practice before you decide to sit--at least it is an excellent visual to encourage you to sit for your practice. It is very comfortable and made very well--the fabric is sturdy. If I had one concern it would be when it comes time to launder it--the seams are only single stitched vs double stitch--just means you will need to be mindful to handwash and hang dry when the time comes to clean. I am enjoying my purchase every single day. Kim

Très confortable, la grandeur et l'épaisseur du tapis est parfaite et correspond exactement à mes besoins. Un grand merci. Je suis très satisfaite du rapport qualité-prix. J'ai reçu mon colis très rapidement. Excellent service !

I love my meditation pillow. After weeks of looking around and reading reviews-falling in love with another item, only to read the bad reviews I was losing hope of finding the right meditation pillow. I’ve had severe spine pain all my life, and in bad days my neck pain starts up as well. My posture is horrible-and me knees cannot take sitting for long durations. So finding the right one, and large enough was very difficult. The reviews were amazing and felt so real and honest, I had to try it out.My wife saw this on Amazon, and I just knew this one was the one for me. I’m hoping to improve my meditations while causing minimal pain to my body. Thank you so much for a wonderful product. I’ll keep you guys posted. 🙏🏻Martin

This mat is lovely for my knees and provides great comfort. The only aspect I’m unsure about is the zipper—it seems fragile and doesn’t always zip smoothly.Love that the cover is made from eco-friendly materials and is machine washable. The slate grey color goes with everything but doesn’t look washed out—nice balance. The embroidered flower is a nice touch, too.Very happy with this product so far :)

Great size, a heavy duty cover, and no hard or soft spots that I could find. Compresses to about 1/2 inch with no sponginess like the yoga mat this will replace. I'm glad I chose the cotton batting over buckwheat, as I can never find that just right position on my buckwheat cushion, it's like sitting on a pine cone. I can't imagine kneeling on buckwheat would be any better. The price is a bit steep, the the quality is worth it.
