The Samsung Galaxy Flip4 5G is part of the new breed of mobile phones with flexible screens either folding horizontally (like a makeup mirror) or vertically, like a book.Upon opening the phone, it’s obvious that it is part of the premium line of Samsung Phones from the packaging alone. Powered by the USB-C fast charger, the phone has quite decent battery life (nearly 2 days with limited use) and has a smaller front screen when flipped to see new messages, time etc.As I’ve only had it a few weeks, I do worry that the folding screen will fail but currently it’s great.The latest Android OS is fast, easy to use and very intuitive. I would have preferred the phone to be slimmer but as the tech is evolving, I understand that it’s still being developed.Overall, I’d consider it if you’re going from ans iPhone but the features are still not as good as the premium “S” level mobiles which have the amazing cameras etc.

Phone delivered before due date which i was very grateful for. Phone had no scratches, looked mint although clearly repackaged. Just had to up grade software, but as far as i can tell the phone is in perfect working order. Was happy to pay the extra for reassurance through amazon and this seller.Update: less than a month and the screen has cracked on the fold. Waiting to hear back from the seller. Had to change to 1 star because of the product. So disappointed.The seller arranged a replacement phone, they have been a fantastic company to deal with!

great product, battery life is good, charges fast. Fold has its uses and is a nice thing to show off to people ngl.However the charger plug i was given was broken. The top stick was snapped. I don't know how this happened, it was either it somehow snapped while shipping which is hard to believe or it was already snapped and shipped.It's a pretty fair problem because as good as the battery charge is, it will only work fast with the charger the phone was bought with. Which is frustrating. I've still managed to use the snapped charger plug with some creativity but it's still an issue the fact i bought a product and the thing it comes with was broken. I'm also confused why the charger plug is black and the charger wire is white. Seems like it was mix matched and doesn't seem very professional.I hope no one else faces this same issue. May or may not be better off buying it elsewhere.

Was well packaged and phone was like brand new, great condition and works just as expected.

According to Samsung's specifications, the Flip 5G comes with a small cover display (Super AMOLED, 1.1 inches, 112 x 300 pixels). However, this appeared to have been blanked off on this phone. So, presumably it broke and wasnt replaced.? Disappointing as otherwise the phone was in good condition.
