I love karbolyn. I'm not a big fan of eating immediately upon waking up, but sometimes I wake up a little late and don't have much time before work. Enter karbolyn. One scoop gave me a nice, clean energy that honestly made me feel better than eating a meal. It also helped me maintain weight and gain some strength while on a bit of a calorie deficit. The kiwi strawberry tastes amazing and will help curve one's sweet tooth. Overall a great product, just ordered some strawberry strike!

Great performance carbohydrate.- I use it for an emergency preworkout source of carbs. 1/2 Scoop.- Interworkout 1/2 scoop mixed with a serving of BCAA's.- Post workout 1/2 scoop with 12oz water, then 30mins later 30-40 grams of my favorite protein isolate.- Serious muscle pump when taken 45 to 60 mins before workout.- Unlike most maltodextrine based carbs, no bloat with KarboLyn.4/5 on the flavour.

It has a tart flavor but that’s what I look for and it’s amazing pre-workout for the gym or cardio. There is no side affects when working out. You don’t have a high on energy then crash it’s pretty leveled and you slowly get off it and feel little to no different. Would recommend

This is used in my house often. It digests easily and is very effective during workouts. There is no odor and dissolves easily. Very easy to mix with water and go.
