I have used other Creatine powders and this product has all the right ingredients and I feel I'm getting very good results.I am 70 year old male and have been lifting weights for over 40 years. I recently read a number of reputable articles on building muscle. The conclusion is that one can build muscle at any age and I know I am doing it. Dissolves very well but none of these products dissolve as fast as stated. Nature of the beast.Taste is no problem and I do prefer the lack of additives in order to get a more pleasant flavor. Not worth it!I don't need or want a mocha flavored Creatine.I'll stay with this product for awhile and update my results in 3 months.

Tengo 8 años haciendo ejercicio de forma casual y noto un considerable aumento de fuerza al usarlo, lo unico malo es que no se disuelve tan bien en agua como me esperaba, y su sabor (al no tenerlo) da una consistencia muy grumosa, tal vez esto ultimo sea muy personal mio.
