I bought it for the mitzvah of matzoh and also gluten-free
I needed matzoh that was gluten-free and this is the only brand that gets from company that has certified gluten-free oats. I know the company they get their oats from, as I met the owner at The Natural Products Expo in Anaheim in March 2014. The company name is GF Harvest and Canyon Oats. They sell their products on Amazon and you can also look up on their website. The do the entire production from farm to mill to package. It does not get outsourced at any point in the production. The matzoh does not have the same "crunch" as the wheat or whole wheat matzoh because that is the nature of oats. I buy it more the mitzvah/commandments of eating matzoh on Pesach/Passover then for the taste. I would recommend it for the holiday if you absolutely must eat gluten-free.

Truly the bread of Affliction
Served the purpose of legitimate gluten free matzah for the Seder. Makes one really appreciate the suffering our ancestors must have went through as this was quite painful to eat and at $50 a box, even more painful. This truly is the bread of affliction!

The initial mouthfeel is that of fine sawdust. This rapidly devolves to a pasty consistency that sucks the moisture from your mouth and requires an immediate gulp of water in order to swallow it. The flavor begins mild, tolerable, and oaty, but soon becomes bitter. A brief toasting improves the flavor slightly. The best and most miraculous thing about this matzoh is that it arrived unbroken. The worst thing is that I have an entire box to get through, and at $40.00 a pop, Iโm not going to waste it it. It served its purpose as gluten-free real matzoh, but everyone at the Seder agreed that if you want to eat the bread of affliction this is the stuff to buy.

Delicious and gluten-free!
This matzah is delicious, and best of all, doesn't upset my stomach (I have Celiac disease and have to follow a gluten-free diet). I got great service from Libros Judios, the Amazon Marketplace vendor. The Libros team provided speedy delivery and excellent communication. When you look at the price, remember that it's specially made to be gluten-free, so it's naturally going to cost more due to the strict manufacturing process. LOVE this product and think it was worth every penny!

Not great...
Apparently, the person I bought these for found them to be a bit flavorless and "just not good". But they served the purpose they were needed for.

Really bad taste. Rancid and soggy.
This matzah is just old, rancid and soggy. I wish I was given the option to return or at least get a replacement. I won't be able to eat this and it was not cheap. So disappointed by the poor quality.

We will buy again next year for sure!
If you need gluten free matzah, this is what you should get. All the other gluten free matzah I saw were not not the real deal for using for motzi. We had someone at our Seder with Celiac Disease and everyone had this matzah and they wouldn't have known that it wasn't wheat matzah. We will get it again next year, no question. The other gluten free matzah is a cracker that looks like matzah.

Three Stars
Kosher all right but brakes easily and tastes not so good. Buy it only if youโre truly celiac.
