Easy to attach to stove. Had no issues with glue which was a concern when seeing other reviews. Overall happy and arrived quickly

Product too soft,need to offer a medium or hard rope.Will need to replace sooner than expected.

Does exactly what it says it will, I took a bit of a guess with the size needed but it fits perfectly in the recess. So easy to replace old rope. I did underestimate only needing one pack, I read somewhere you shouldnt over stretch the rope so I’ve ordered another to fit in under the glass and as spare. Haven’t lit the fire with this in place yet so this is purely a review in ease of use!

Adhesive was useless,We had to purchase another brand to complete the job

No issues, other than the supplied adhesive had gone off. Nozzle was full of solidified glue, meaning it was blocked. Solid/thick lumps also within bottle, meaning there was not enough to use & kept clogging the nozzle. I now need to purchase additional adhesive.

Very easy to use and did a great job

I had been putting this repair off for months thinking it was going to be messy. Bought the kit, quick read of very simple instructions and in I went. With a few minutes job done and no mess at all
