Love this supplement! I feel like it helps with energy and alertness during the day.

I take one of these when I get home from work in the evening and it really helps me keep my calm with hectic evenings with getting two kids fed and ready for bed. I appreciate the ingredients and the effectiveness.

I haven’t been taking this long enough to rate 5 stars however I feel I have been sleeping better. I anticipate seeing more positive effects

I don't write many reviews, but this one I had to promote. I'm on my second bottle and man, does it make a difference! Single mother of three young boys, life is intense! But this stuff really takes the edge off. By the end of the first week I could feel a definite difference in how I managed my stress and my energy levels.
