I bought the Hiseeu camera system, i had some minor issues that i didn’t know to handle it. I sent an email mentioning my issue. I didn’t have to wait too long to get my emails response. Within very short period of time they solved my issue openly and made me completely satisfied. The camera system is very good and price are reasonable. Connection is very easy. They are compatible with other brands having same features. Motion detection is wow.

No power when plug in
I bought twice of this product, the first time when plug in, there was no power. I returned it and bought again, it is still no power when plug in.
