It tarnished on the first wash, like I did not use it for making coffee yet. I just cleaned it for the first use. I followed the instruction but it was melting while I was washing it. I wanted to return it but I changed my mind, I gave it a try & it made a good coffee. It is just definitely overpriced as I paid $70 for this, quality could be a lot better for the price.

Just received this item and it is stunning. The craftsmanship is excellent and I am looking forward to using it. The seller even sent an email thanking for the purchase which I thought was no nice. Absolutely will but another product form them.

I was excited to use this during my Armenian father-in-law’s visit to our home but sadly it did not work with my induction cooktop as advertised…totally wasted my money and missed out on the experience of him teaching me how to make his Turkish coffee

I am happy with the purchase I did. I use it for coffee , for large gatherings. But I am wondering if it is safe to scrub it in order to clean it from burning spots?

This hammered copper pot is beautiful. It is big enough to make 6 cups of coffee at one time. The size was important to me because I have six people in my family and wanted all of us to enjoy our coffee at the same time. Just measure the water, coffee, and sugar (if you want sugar), heat and enjoy. It can't get much easier. Don't forget to order authentic Turkish coffee to go with the authentic Turkish coffee pot!
