Who certifies the kashrus?

It's from Israel with a certified tag attached when it arrived is about all that can be said. Seems to be legit from what I can tell.

I bought this 14-16 from amazon 2 weeks ago. it was damaged by the carrier. now I have to reorder and it’s more expensive.can you please help?

If you ordered a product through Amazon and it was damaged in shipping, either the vendor should replace it without question, or you should call Amazon customer service and have them assist you. They have been very good at helping me getting issues resolved very quickly.

How likely is it to get a 18" shofar the thicker of the two shofar ?

Been around a year since I got mine. To my understanding when I ordered, there were several various styles and sizes. So in short you should be able to get what you're interested in.

Will the shofar come with a hechsher sticker or certificate verifying it is kosher? (the ad doesn't mention it)

There is a card accompanying the Shofar which states. All the shofars have gone through a strict veterinarian sterilization process and meet all Jewish laws. It is made in Israel.
