It knocks me out every single time!

Not a good one.
The taste is extremely bad, and long after having it the aftertaste does not leave the tongue. Not a good product at all, I would rather take the tablet version of it.

Tastes good esp with cold water but not as effective as other high end brands that I have used before

" supports proper muscle function, relieves stress, and promotes overall relaxation and restful sleep" Taken before bedtime both jids and adults enjoy the taste -- In a setting where children are not free to be outside and venting energy this helps calm them down. Effective even when the "no screens at least 30 minutes before bedtime" is not adhered to. Deeper sleep and positive behavior upon awakening.

Excellent product....
I have been a serious cramp sufferer for many years. This product was recommended to me by a friend. WOW! what a difference to my life!! I mix the provided scoop full with hot water every night, drink it before bed, hardly ever get cramp now and sleep so much better.
