Make sure you put the measuring tape over your stomach, not around your waist. Thatโs what I did and I ended up having to return it and purchasing one that was larger. Now that I have the correct size, I can use it.The quality is excellent and for back support it does wonders. I used it today on my skin all day for 10 hours no rash at all. Just buy it!! I've tried so many of these, and this one is a winner! Great quality materials, it's long enough to cover my entire torso, and I love how it reshapes my body! I ordered a medium. I'm 5' ,130 lbs, have had 4 babies (3 V & 1 C), and my youngest is 20 months. I have a mommy fupa. I wear a size medium and a 6 short in pants. The jeans in the photos are a size 4, and I normally don't wear them, because I look like a can of busted biscuits, but with the trainer, I feel confident wearing them. I am on the 3rd row now, and I can't wait until I need a size small!
