Has anyone tried these from this company and how they stack up to the bivvy?

I think the bivvy is a better quality. These are slightly cheaper. It will get the job done in a pinch but it is still prone to rips easily. I hope this answer helps in your decision. Thanks.

Yes, they are reusable if you are careful when first using them. Obviously, they are subject to tearing if used roughly or stored carelessly. They are meant to be used in an emergency when expedited action is indicated -- like in a sudden and unexpected evacuation order.

What temperature are these rated to?

It is in my bug out bag and I haven't looked at it in quite a while. I know I got it rated for Alabama weather so prbobably 15-20 degrees maximum.

What is the exact measured thickness of one side of the sleeping bag?

I'm not sure, but it's main purpose is for emergency buyout. It can be used more than just one time. So it is RIP resistant, pretty strong.
