Three fruity flavors, but they all taste kinda the same… like a ‘mystery fruit’ that lost its identity. Clever marketing, that is. As for health benefits, I haven’t noticed my kid suddenly writing Shakespeare or doing calculus, but I didn’t really expect miracles. Her immune system seems like it’s doing okay, and she’s regular, so that fiber must be working.
