They're fairly thin
I needed to record some audio and get rid of some of the reverb in the room, try to insulate and block out external noise, while assisting with the acoustics of the room. These panels are really thin. There was no noise reduction or sound insulation. It did help with the acoustics and reduced the reverb. This is a very good and effective product, for someone on a budget. If you're looking sound treat a room, and really reduce the external noise, you will need to get thicker panels. These helped the audio quality of my recordings, so I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Pretty Nice Acoustic Treatment Tiles!
I game a lot, and do streams. My room has a massive echo to it, so I decided to get some of these. I got the 48 pack, which is plenty enough lol. They aren't that small.. anyways, they come in a vacuum sealed bag, but after leaving them sit for a few hours, they have already become fluffed up. I left 2 of the packs in the vacuum sealed bags for a month, and even after finally opening and leaving them sit out for a few hours, they still fluffed up. The only problem I ran into was that I couldn't find a way to stick them to my walls. Now, its recommended that you get 2 sided 3M adhesive tape, so that's what I did.. but.. it didnt work. The tape would stick to the foam for about 20 minutes before falling off of the foam. What I did to solve this issue was I hot glued the foam squares to the adhesive tape, then stuck the squares to the wall, using the other side of the adhesive tape... that worked absolutely fine.. until I tried taking one off. Lol. Didnt realize the adhesive tape was gonna cause the paint on the walls to peel/bubble.. my landlord is gonna hate me, but hopefully i can fix it before i move out, whenever I do. Lol. My suggestion is to find something that will stick to your walls and this foam, without doing damage to either or.

No adhesive not included
Acoustic Foam Panels are a bit thin but okay for the money. Regular tape does not work had to buy 3m tape.

Decent product if you don't need to take it down
Easy mounting and performed well. I advise only exposing the corners of the adhesive backing. The adhesive is quite good and if you need to move the panel or take down a full adhesive exposure will cause headaches.

Exactly as Represented
Seller had quick delivery, good packaging for a squishy bulk item and each panel was a-ok. No tears, permanent folds etc. I used a staple gun for my purposes instead of double-sided tape and all is well. Also, was expecting the fun chemical foam smell but there really wasn't an issue.

DO NOT BUY THESE. Ruined my walls and door.
Purchased these because my girlfriend and I both work remote and didn't want our voices to be in the background of each others mics.First off, they do absolutely nothing when it comes to noise cancelling. We put these around her entire office and it literally made zero difference.Second off, THEY DO NOT PEEL OFF. We tried taking hers down first and they all came off in pieces. Every single panel ripped into pieces no matter how gently we were. The pieces that were left behind were EXTREMELY hard to get off and absolutely destroyed our walls and my office door.We spent about $30 on adhesive remover products, and none of them helped. After 6 hours of painstaking scrubbing, our fingers were covered in whatever chemicals are in the adhesive and our walls were ruined. You will not get your security deposit back if you buy these. I know this because we didnt get ours back... Even after all the work we put in to getting these off.I would give this negative stars if I could. The seller should be banned from selling on Amazon.So... unless you don't care about your walls or security deposit, DO NOT BUY THESE!!

Affordable, quality product!
I got some adhesive soundproof foam pads a while back and ended up not having enough to cover the section I needed. I went to amazon to find this amazing deal on these adhesive-free foam pads. I knew I would need some double sided tape to put them up but that was cheaper together than it would’ve been to get the adhesive ones. Upon opening, they were already pretty fluffy. I do recommend leaving them out to air dry after soaking a lil longer than it calls for. They are thick, dark, durable but sturdy, and also very high-quality. I couldn’t have made a better decision! 8/10

Good sound absorbing
Good sound absorbing properties for a acoustic foam of only 1” thickness. I used spray contact cement as these do not have adhesive backing. I used this product inside my speakers. Huge difference. Very good in absorbing reflections.
