Works good, great replacement easy to install

I say almost, because I'm replacing one for the other right? This is what was installed and the old one's flap thing started leaking in the center so I thought, well perhaps I can just replace that part that the chain connects to and call it a day because the rest of it looks the same. But, things aren't as they seem. Though they're the same part number, they're not created equal (in the sense my original was manufactured in 2000) and is slightly larger. So, you can't be lazy with this -sadly- and you will need a large oil filter wrench too. The tank bolts & seals worked, but not as well manufactured as the originals. All in all a worthwhile replacement.

Cheaper and easier to install than a complete drain unit. I glued a heavy metal washer inside to add weight and ensure a tighter fit to avoid future leaks.

These replacement flush systems work great. Easy to install. No leakage issues, just pay attention when placing the tank onto the base and tightening the 2 bolts.

Worked for my American Standard toilet flush system. Not happy that the tank has to come off to install it. This is the second time I had to replace this piece, the previous one lasted 8 years.

This product worked perfectly for me. Its' size was an exact match for the original, and I was able to install it with no difficulty whatsoever. This fits the "rapid flush" series of American Standard toilets (with 3" opening), and I recommend it as an exact replacement for the original "flapper" assembly.

Our American standard toilet was not flushing completely. Ist i replaced the silicon seal. There was no improvement. I then replaced the entire flush valve. Once again there was no improvement. The flush valve/toilet design is bad. There simply is not enough water used to create a proper complete flush. I will try the upgrade nu flush unit that sits lower in the tank to allow more water to be flushed. The original design is a poor attempt at water conservation. But having to flush 2 or3 times negates that.

Easy to install and fixes a leaky toilet. I was dreading having to replace these in our 3 toilets in the house but only took about 30 minutes to do the first one and then the others were alot quicker.

After having a leaky tank for over 1 year (this was a brand new toilet), the tank seal has saved us a fortune in water usage. Rec'd when promised, good quality.
