I bought this to replace my old Cleaver. This Cleaver is so much nicer. It has a nice sharp Edge and the Cleaver has some weight to it. I'm sure it would easily cut through bone.

After my parents complained hundreds times about my old butcher knife, I bought this one. And they are satisfied, saying it's a good knife. Since my parents have taken over the kitchen, I only got chance to use it myself very recently, and it IS a good knife! Almost half a year daily use, and it's still flawlessly sharp. Slicing vegetables becomes so smooth and pleasant. Comfortable effortless holding. Not too heavy or too light. I'm very happy with this purchase!
