Zeina Organic Chia Seeds (1Kg) - Freshly Packed Natural Organic Raw Chia Seeds Source of Protein and Fibre for Vegetarian and Vegan Diets, Kosher Approved : desertcart.co.uk: Health & Personal Care Review: Fabulous - Great Chia Seeds. I stir a tablespoon into my Greek yogurt and berries every morning or stir some into Keffir and allow it to soak for a while - this reminds me of Tapioca pudding! The health benefits are great too. I'll definitely re purchase when I've used this huge bag! Review: Good - Good product

Really good product. The packet is good as the chia seeds donโt spill out of it. Would recommend.

Good breakfast
We like these and have chia seed bowls for breakfast instead of cereal or toast etc. It keeps our bowel movements regular and easy. They're easy to prepare and the pack lasts quite a long time.
