Is the 3' X 4' size a pop-up/fold-up style assembly?

Yes. It has the collapsible plastic rods attached with elastic cording that fit into each other. It folds up rather compact & is easy to re-assemble.

You can take it all apart or just release the belt and rear ground pegs and get it to go flat but its a pain. The little one does fold up.
