Is the 3' X 4' size a pop-up/fold-up style assembly?

Yes. It has the collapsible plastic rods attached with elastic cording that fit into each other. It folds up rather compact & is easy to re-assemble.

Is there an easy way to fold up the larger size? I bought this hoping it folded up as advertised but I am guessing only the small size does. Thanks

You can take it all apart or just release the belt and rear ground pegs and get it to go flat but its a pain. The little one does fold up.

About 7 per goal. Not a "pop up" it's like putting together a tent.
