This is a great alternative for a child who has a hard time taking supplements. It says that it has a natural berry flavor. However, my daughter said that this doesn’t taste like anything which is great. I do want her to take her vitamin D supplements on the daily basis, and this is just the right type of supplement. It’s easy to swallow it doesn’t have any flavor, and it seems to digest OK
