Broken zip after less than a year of use
I really liked this backpack having used it regularly for work and general travel. However, after less than a year of use the zip has completely broken and ripped meaning that the bag is no longer useable. Would have expected it to last longer. Good product other than that.

Love it and take it everywhere!
I absolutely love this backpack. I live in Scotland and it rains a lot so I've tested its water resistance - it's fine. It's super comfortable in my back and great with side pockets for water bottle.
